- Arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled service;
earlier if you would like to enjoy our eucalyptus steam room prior to
your spa treatments. Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment
in order to prevent delays for other guests.
- Please do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa
as we do not have safes to secure these items. We cannot be held
responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Please turn off your cell phone! Our goal is to provide a tranquil environment to all of our guests.
- Inform your spa consultant when making reservations
of any physical conditions or special needs that may affect your
treatment including pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies, recent
surgeries or any other concern that may impact your experience.
- For your convenience, at Aquagene Spa, a 20%
service charge will be added to all a la carte services. If you choose,
you may leave an additional gratuity for your technician.
- We require an 8 hour notice to change or cancel any
appointment. If less than an 8 hour notice is given, the full price of
the service will be charges. Spa packages require a 24 hour notice to
avoid being charged.
